In preparation for AML World Awareness Day 2024, Know AML spoke to Dorcas Hills, a caregiver for Ralph Hills, a patient with acute myeloid leukemia, and the Know AML chair.

Dorcas discusses her experience as a caregiver for Ralph, the impact on her well-being, and some of the strategies she uses to cope. As a caregiver, Dorcas also highlights the importance of acknowledging your stress and emotions.
